Since my return from Las Vegas, I have been focused on bringing to live a wave of new ideas. During the last few years I have really longed to expand my photography skills and since I had a little time before starting on my New York ArtExpo exhibit, I saw this as the ideal opportunity. Besides a brief Nikon course I recently attended in Chicago, as well as working with another local Photographer, Susanna Tanner whom I admire, I decided to do lots of practice while attempting to bring my concepts to live.
Herewith I share with you some of my favorite results from various shoots I did during the last two monthss
Antoine goes Blogging
Finally. However, if I knew this was so much fun I probably would have started earlier. When I started writing my blog in December, I noticed that I have been on blogger since June 2004 – so that is when I intended to start blogging… frightening! Nevertheless, I plan to blog at least once a week and would love some feedback, please!!
A whileago I made a small video of the creation of ‘Andrew’ and for the fun of it posted it on youtube. I was overwhelmed with the reaction (and the 16,374 views of course!) This as well as the requests I got inspired me to do another so here I share one of my newest pieces, ‘Intimité’

On a more personal note
In 2000 I visited my good friend Heleen in Scotland who told me about Yoga. I instinctively knew this is something I have to do, but on the day we were supposed to attend a yoga class things did not work out. A year later in London we again tried to attend a yoga class but ran into another red light. And so it went for years, I read books and asked at my local Gyms where I lived but no luck... yoga always somehow escaped me. Until one day out of the blue my spinning instructor came up to me and asked me if I will be willing to teach Bodyflow (Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi combination). In August I have done my Less Mills Bodyflow instructors course in Northville, Michigan and taught my first solo class this very morning. During the time I have been involved in Bodyflow I have felt a drastic change not only in my body and it's capabilities but also in my mind-body connection. I will recommend this to anyone!
