RETURNS, EXCHANGE & DAMAGES

I am very confident that you will love your new artwork. However, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, I am here to help! I offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. All returns must be in the original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact me (Antoine@AntoineArt.com) with “Return Request” in the subject line.

I take full responsibility to have your order delivered to you in perfect condition and am proud to say with 20+ years of selling my work mostly online I have an excellent record. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged item please contact me immediately so I can send you a return label. You can choose to receive a refund or a credit.
