SHIPPING POLICY

It is very important to me to exceed your expectations and ensure that you receive your artwork in as soon as possible and in perfect condition. As an artist wearing many hats, unforeseen circumstances does occasionally happen but I am very proud that 99.9% of my orders meet or exceed the dispatch/delivery times as stated below. Should you need express shipping or your order by a certain date, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to meet your deadline.

Shipping costs

For a limited time, shipments within the United States are free. For international shipping, please contact me and I will send you a quote with the options to your destination.

Domestic DeLIVERY timeS & options

All paper, photography as well as small (dimensions smaller than 18”) canvas prints ship within 2 business days and will be delivered in 7 business days after an order is paced. Original artworks are shipped within 2-4 business days and delivered within 10 business days.

Large scale canvas prints (any dimension larger than 18”) are made to order and can take up to three weeks to ship. (Unless I have stock in the studio, contact me to check availability)

Prints as well as originals 12 x 12” or smaller are usually shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service). Larger originals are usually shipped with UPS ground (2-6 day service). Should you have a preferred carrier, please let me know. (Additional shipping costs may apply)

Orders are shipped from my studio in Savannah, Georgia and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

International DeLIVERY timeS & OPTIONS

International delivery time depends on your location and the service you choose. Please contact me and I will send you quotes for USPS Global Guaranteed as well as FedEx and UPS with estimated delivery times. USPS Global Guaranteed (a partnership with FedEx) can be as fast as 3 business days while some of the other options may take up to 2 weeks.

Depending on your country’s import policies you may be responsible for import tax.

Potential service interruptions

On rare occasions, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of my control. (hurricane, pandemic etc.) I will keep in touch and help track your order until you receive it.
